I was in a bit of a panic due to menopause, but finding this has helped me a lot. On subscription so I don't run out.

Dim is good for men as well as women for the same but different reasons.I’m a dude, so I’m speaking from that perspective here. Dim helps reduce your estrogen. Estrogen is normal in men, just as testosterone is normal in women. However, either/both can cause problems when the ratios get out of whack.If you’re a little older, if you’re a bodybuilder, if you take supplements to increase testosterone, if you drink from plastic bottles, cups, etc., if you eat out, if you buy “convenience or snack foods, - you should probably supplement with DIM. Also, if you think you’re doing yourself a favor by drinking bottled water… you’re not. There’s not enough room here for me to explain but just do a web search for “plastics and estrogen”Both men and women are getting WAY too much estrogen producing chemicals from our habits and the environment. Plastics, air pollution, exhaust fumes, processed foods, pesticides… like I said; do a web search. Change the habits you can but also supplement with Dim.Don’t be alarmed when your pee changes color after taking Dim. It will look orangish. Note: Not talking about the Dim change here but: Changes to color in urine can sometimes indicate a health problem. Pee should be nearly clear unless you’re supplementing with vitamins which can turn it bright yellow. Always drink plenty of good quality water (not bottled unless it’s a glass bottle or the plastic used is safe (very few brands are but Fiji water is one that uses safe plastic) especially when taking supplements - like a minimum of 16 oz within a minute of taking any supplement (or medication for that matter unless your Dr. tells you otherwise.)If you mostly drink colored liquids, your pee will be darker than clear and you definitely need to substitute some of those drinks with water. I’m not a Dr. but have been helping people with their health for years.

This has helped me tremendously. I would recommend it, to anyone trying to regulate the hormonal changes happening during menopause! Hot flashes. Night sweats,etc! It worked o me immediately upon taking it! Buy it!

I wasn’t very optimistic that this was going to change my day to day life but that is exactly what it has done. As I’ve got closer to Menopause I’ve had more and more hot flashes, lower energy levels and just plain ole tired. I started to think it was something I was just going to have to adjust to. But after taking these for a few days I’ve seen my energy rebound. I feel more energetic, and haven’t had as many hot flashes. These are everything I had hoped for and more. Hopefully they will continue to work the same way!
