This came with a different plastic adapter than my Perc board used but it was easy to swap the old battery out and this one into my existing plastic adapter.

Ordered 3. Looked clean but one arrived DOA. Second one died within 3 months.

This is an aftermarket battery
After installing the battery my perc controller detects it as a malfunctioned or a unplugged battery. This message has not gone away after removing and reinstalling several times. It does work but I worry the perc controller knows its an aftermarket battery

Good replacement.
This PERC battery works great as a replacement for the PERC controller in a Dell R730. The original was old, bloated and failed. This replacement was easily installed and recognized allowing the system to return to normal operations.

This made the annoying blinky orange light go away
And also, I didn't die in the process of replacing it. That's always a plus. It fit without issue. It did come with like a 30% charge but after running it for a day it was at 100%.

Worked great on Dell PowerEdge R730
Just like the OEM battery. A little tricky to install (not the battery's fault), so watch a YT video first if you're trying to minimize downtime.
