Great value and does what it says!
Worked just as advertised! If you can use the Tool to get in the middle it is not too bad to install. Make sure to attach to the screen first and then put the tool in the middle and install to vent. They are attached well and will last a very long time! They are such a great value for the money. I highly recommend

No Pests and Critters!
New trailer owner here, and still purchasing things as I come across them. These are ingenious! I live in the Pacific Northwest and we have lots of bees, insects, and mice here especially during spring and summer. Our trailer has two vent holes from the furnace and the thought of something like a mud wasp flying inside and creating a nest, or a field mouse making it’s way inside would be horrible! Purchased this 2 pack and I put them on no problem with just the tool it comes with. These are a really secure fit and don’t lift up when I pull or try to slide around. The quality is worth the money!

Essential - But Read NOTE
These are essential to keep insects out of your furnace intake and exhaust in the Midwest.NOTE: While these seem to be the most popular option for keeping insects out and you see them on tons of coaches, one thing is common with everyone I've talked to about them. The WILL fall off when the springs eventually break.Don't relay solely on the springs to hold these on indefinitely. The springs and the install tool are quite ingenious and make installation easy. But once you get them installed, I strongly suggest using stainless safety wire to loop through and secure them permanently. It isn't the easiest thing to fish the stainless steel safety wire through, but you can be assured you won't be replacing these every couple of years like many people I have talked to. For what they are, I think the price here is fair, but in reality, you could buy a couple of screen type strainers for a dollar or so each and accomplish the same thing.

I had to replace a mudd filled furnace. Never again
I just spent several hundred dollars replacing my rv furnace because of mudd sobers. When I pulled the old furnace out I could see it was packed with hardened mudd. I bought these covers to put on both my trailers. They are designed to keep the critters out and still provide air flow. I think they will be fine to protect the furnace. The covers easily attach to the furnace hardware with an included tool and springs. Wish I would have bought these sooner.

Watch video to use the tool
I had to look at a couple of the videos to learn how to put these on. It was so simple it only took a second. I thought the mesh woukd be tighter to keep more insects out. Dont know how well it works but I would rather have them on than not.
