The product itself is great, but the packaging is horrible. The minute you tear open the package, you lose the name of the product! Also, it is very difficult to measure out a specific quantity after you've used 3/4 of the product. The powder gets caught in the folds of the pleated bag and makes access and accurate measuring impossible. Please change your packaging to a rigid container!

Description states you will get more starter cultures than you will receive. Mine only came with 2 along with a bag of prebiotic. Description says a jar with 6 packets.
