This works awesome. The device records in loud environments with several different voices going on at the same time and is able to clearly separate them in their transcription. Allows great summary. You can also create your style summary so it matches the purpose of the recording at the time.The only kind of catch is that you have a another plan you have to use if you intend to use the device consistently over the course of a month because you only start with three hours of transcription which if you’re doing tutoring or consistent weekly meetings, and notes Would never be enough.

Fantastic tool! This is simply the best way to record live meetings and get them into summarized form. Even with a group of 10 around a table in a loud room, the transcript identified the various speakers with ease, and the summary was incredibly helpful.I use it when I speak, or have phone calls (check the legality of recording in your area), and the summaries are better than anything I’ve used prior and it’s so much easier to use.Love it so much I bought three. I had a minor issue with one and the customer support blew me away with the speed of their response and comprehensive actions to help me on my way. Impressive!

First the good things. It's very small and elegant in terms of design. Kudos the the designers who made it a very Apple like experience regarding ease of use, magnetic clips , size and ergonomics.I returned it because the NotePin Voice Recorder, unlike the Plaud Note Voice Recorder can not record as a RAW audio file or WAV file. This version can only save as a low bitrate highly compressed file. Which isn't what I wanted.The standby time and power usage is really impressive. It can record all day without worrying about the battery.I would have kept it if I could have RAW audio / WAV. Otherwise really good device.

Welcome to AI. 1st recording.... Recorded a 40 minute power point presentation made to my business for the purchase of 300k equipment. Later that night opened app and transferred to cloud. Even in a decent 5G area this took several minutes. Opened the app in the morning l, selected a template summary and was amazed. Much more than a recording device. The analysis was remarkable. Stunning actually. The possibilities of this device changing my work output are limitless. You get a 7 day free trial, then an annual fee of $254. 20 hrs talk time 40 standby. Packaging reminds me of Apple products.

Purchased this device as an addition to the PLAUD note for the smaller form factor and multiple attachments. Powered on, paired and tested and the device worked amazing… until it did not. Found the device recording multiple times (on and off charger) and even while sitting on desk with nothing touching it. Thought it was an issue but wanted to give it a chance… this continued recording 6-15 minutes and then doing it again and again. The device activated and recorded conversations it was not meant to and they were loading to the cloud with the WiFi connection. I was doing maintenance to clean out my recordings 2-4x a day. Did the software update and it seemed to fix the issue. It didn’t unfortunately. I attempted to use it to record a one hour session and the light stayed red the entire time, but when I went to review the recording found that it only recorded bits and was starting and stopping itself. I put the device in a hard storage box and inside my desk, when I went to take it home found it active again and finally reached out to support (as I have completed all the help files on the app and online). They were quick to respond, but wanted to check the software. (Software, Serial Number and all other questions they asked were in the support form which are required fields). I sent back screen shots of the device software and received a message back 3 days later saying they were going to reach out to someone to get more info to help fix the issue. Radio silence after that, I sent another email stating that it’s becoming an invasion of my privacy, could cause issues for me at work and needed to be fixed or I would need to return the device. Still nothing. I finally was fed up and sent it back via Amazon and then received an email telling me to send it to them but I needed to take pictures of the entire unit before sending it back, that they would only send me a return label after they approved the images and would refund me (even though I DIDN'T BUY IT FROM THEM).Battery Life was not great (due to it activating and recording when it wanted). The size was amazing (although a bit smaller than I thought it would be. The value of this device if it worked, would be priceless that’s for sure! The device activating - recording conversations (and only sections of them) both when you did and didn’t want it to is a solid NO for me.Support for this product via the app was a joke, they didn’t pay attention to details sent (emails sent back and forth were quick and detailed) but the agent or whomever showed how much the company values their product by not even paying attention to the details provided.PLAUD NotePin is a solid zero stars and I wish I could have given it an actual shot.Save yourself the money and go with the PLAUD Note, it’s been a game changer for me and my life and I have had zero issues with it.To The Company: PLAUDIf you’re going to offer a product ensure it works but even more so value those whom are reporting issues. I stated I would write this review and you still didn’t even attempt to help fix your products clear violation of the users rights. I hope that someone from the companies corporate office sees this review and finds better solutions to their support and faster response times to their new product defects.
