Refurbished works great for me. Works, fast speeds, no issues.

Works as advertised, my only critique on this product is the battery life. It drains much faster than my other laptops.

Several show stoppers here...On the Amazon description page, the product manufacture date was listed as 2023. When received, the DELL manufacture date stamped on the laptop is 2017. Shipping was slow but packaging was good. Just laptop and power supply in box in bubble wrap. Aside from manufacture date, laptop specs were as advertised, HOWEVER the show stopper are; The internal battery is completely dead and will not hold a charge. The DELL diagnostics show that a test run in 2022 warned of a insufficient powered battery. My tests show the batter completely dead and the BIOS doesn't even recognize it. Also, the USB-C port with which I intended to connect to my DELL docking station was also dead. The docking station works perfectly with my 2-year old Dell Latitude. When plugged-in via the USB-C port, the laptop speakers squeal and the system locks up. I've sent an email through Amazon marketplace, an email directly to the company, and an email through their website customer assistance page. No answer.

I waited a couple of months to write this. Overall, happy with my purchase, after sorting out some early frustration.Above all, make sure you update ALL drivers and BIOS as soon as you get this. As Windows updates are incremental, this took 2 weeks for me to fully complete and not have any further odd behaviors (to the point I wa about to return the laptop). Things hadn’t “clicked” in my head around this, so make sure you force the updates and not wait for them to show up on your system. If you’ve used Series 7000 Latitudes you know this is a pervasive issue with them.Second (or first??), make sure to get a replacement battery. The one that came installed showed up as being in good shape in all diagnostics but would not hold a charge, period.The adhesive finish/skin is a nice idea. 4-5 months into owning my laptop, the paint they used on the rest of the shell is peeing off at the edges but the sticker is holding up perfectly.Otherwise, I pretty much have the same business laptop I was issued at work for 15% of the price of a new system. No complaints.

After reading the description i was unclear on what the laptop specs were actually going to be, so I rolled the dice. It turned out pretty well. Mine has the 7600 variant cpu, not the 6600 variant cpu. There is no touchscreen, but I don't normally use that anyway so it's not a real loss. I saw both 2560x1440 and 1920x1080 listed as max resolutions, well this one is 1080p. The SSD is an M2 NVME, pretty nice really. These are not new laptops but they are fast enough for my needs, I am very pleased with it.I cannot speak to how great the included Windows 10 Pro install is, because I blew it away immediately and installed Debian GNU/Linux instead. This product line is certified by Dell to run Ubuntu but that also means that any Debian-based distribution should run as well with minimal headaches. YMMV, but I was up and running in about 3 hours from the time I received it, most of that time was waiting around for various installers to finish or for my files to sync over the network.This is an obvious refurb. Prepare yourself for that. The case is slightly shopworn in spots, none so much to actually bother me. My biggest complaint is that it still smells like the previous user's perfume, and it grates on me, so I will working to find a fix for that.It came packed well, or least well enough as is necessary in 2024. Unlike the days of mechanical drives, SSDs can take a beating so the packing in the box is sufficient.All in all I am very pleased, though. It's in good enough condition it may as well be new, and even if it only lasts for a couple of years it will still be a great value.

The laptop and everything arrived very quickly everything looks brand new. Turned the laptop on and got it started going through updates and everything. The charger didn't work but they're really cheap and I got two for $23 shipped just incase another goes out. The laptop is working great no issues with anything also found out it has a touch screen which I either overlooked that part in the description or it's just standard on these either way that works good too. Highly recommend this laptop for anyone just trying to do simple work with it. Light weight so it's easy to take with you on the go. The storage is enough for your needs I added a external 4 TB Hard drive for all my pictures and videos. All in all it works great order an extra charger with it just incase they go bad after awhile anyways.

It came as expected well functioning

I've never purchased a refurbished computer before, so I wasn't entirely sure what sort of condition it would come in. I have to say I'm pleasantly surprised and satisfied. As an edition to my review, I must report that the only thing I'm not entirely happy about is that the battery life is short. I can write without a power connection for perhaps three hours. Besides that, the keyboard is clean and feels nice. It's a great layout, and all in all it's almost like having a new laptop, but at a great price. The seller promised to fix anything I wasn't happy about, and you can't get better than that. It seems to be fast and fully functional. I have the basic apps I was hoping for, so I don't have to go searching for them. The computer has a mic and a camera. I'm very pleased with the purchase.
