These really helped immediately from the 1st dose. I’ve used 3 other supplements from the brand so I had no doubt. I’m very happy with the results. I really get a hot flash and the ones I do get are of minimal intensity. Mood is back to normal also.I’m sure the results will vary for everyone. Keep in mind that the more toxins each person has on their body, it makes it harder for supplements to do their job. The stuff works! I don’t take any prescription medication‘s. This is very effective and balancing your hormones for per menopause. My body aches completely went away when I started this.

Sleep Quality and Night Sweats have Improved
I’m in perimenopause and have trouble sleeping/staying asleep, hot flashes and anxiety. This has worked amazing. I sleep better, less night sweats they are not completely gone, but I’m happy with the results, sleeping and staying asleep is my main priority and I’ve had the best sleep since taking these. Im almost done with my second bottle “subscription”. I highly recommend anyone that’s going through the same situation and wants an all natural remedy.

Terrible product dont waste your money
Made me nauseated not worth it. Didn't help with or eliminate any issues.

Actually amazed
I am actually amazed. I did not have high hopes but prefer natural remedies and figured it couldn't hurt. Still for the price I was hoping I wasn't wasting my money. After 2 days of taking this, the night sweats stopped completely. I am amazed that this supplement not only works, but worked so quickly. They obviously have the formula figured out.
