This has transformed owning a cat, definitely 10/10 out of the options on market today (and I spent over 6 months researching all the different ones) I can't smell any mess thanks to the timely auto clean, sealed doors, and the scent block.Additionally I use the tofu litter and it works quite well with low messes outside the litter box.I like the lazer sealed bags (which also helps control smell & mess) and I think it helps if anyone has pots or other disabilities, it does 9/10ths of the litter changing care all on it's own with little intervention needed.Additionally, I thought the camera was extra and not needed but after using it for 3+ months now, it's too cool and very useful.. there's a subscription service for it, so it's your choice how much you actually would use, and theres a free 1 month starter trial

We used to own the Puramax before we decided to upgrade to the Purobot Ultra. Though it is bigger, the additional functionality makes it worth the cost difference. The setup was super straightforward and we've had no issues so far.The cleaning cycle seems quieter than the puramax and the app lets you track your cat's stool and weight. We only have one cat, but it can tell the difference between our cat and dog coming up to the litterbox lol. The waste container has a trap door that keeps the smell from going out which is nice since it holds a lot, 3-4 wks.

I really wanted to love this litter box. The self-cleaning feature is slick, the design is clean, and my cat took to it right away. Unfortunately, there’s a serious flaw: the waste bin is way too small, and the entry lip doesn’t account for cats that, shall we say.. are Garfield worthy.My cat walks in and barley fits to the point his butt is right at the edge, and every time he goes number two, his rear is just outside the entrance. The result? A surprise deposit just outside the machine—and not the kind you want to find with your bare foot in the morning. I have had to clean up so much cat shit with this litter box it’s awful. The smell, and the fecal matter gets pushed into the sphere resulting in a massive mess becoming an even worse one.If the waste chamber was larger and the design helped guide the cat deeper into the unit, this would be a win. But as it stands, I’m spending more time cleaning around the litter box than I did with a manual one. Great idea, poor execution.I’d share images but honestly it’s so graphic with the camera system recordings that I’d likely see this review rejected or worse my Amazon account banned.

I've had the PETKIT UltraBot for over six months now. Out of my three cats, only one uses it regularly—but even that has made a big difference in reducing my daily scooping routine.The unit works perfectly for the one who does use it. It keeps things clean and odor-free, and the self-cleaning function has been reliable. However, the entry hole and interior space are on the smaller side. My larger cats don’t seem comfortable climbing in, and even the one who does use it has occasionally chosen to poop just outside the box, likely due to the tight fit.Overall, I’m still happy with the purchase—it’s sleek, quiet, and does the job. But next time, I’d probably go for a model with a larger entry and more interior space to accommodate all my cats comfortably.

Got it right before i went to my vacation. I recently went on vacation over the July 4th holiday for 5 days, and this automatic cat litter box made things so much easier. It worked perfectly while I was away—no mess, no smell, and my cat adjusted to it without any issues. Knowing the litter box was being cleaned regularly gave me peace of mind during my trip. Super convenient and definitely worth it if you travel or have a busy schedule!

The device does the job, no complaints.Cleaning the drum is a bit difficult (although needed only once every 1-2 months)But if your cat produces soft waste (or has diarrhea) and does not bury it properly, it will spread all around the drum when rotating and you have to clean it more often.I also found the N60 deodorizer is absolutely not needed and actually has a weird smell on its own. Perhaps it depends on your cat digestive system and type of litter, but we had no odor without N60 installed.Be careful when removing a waste bag. a few times it did not seal completely. if the waste falls inside the machine or on the floor its no fun to clean. I always put it into another trash bag.After 6 months of use I switched to open top design from another brand. The kitty has grown too and seems to be more comfortable with the open top. It is also easier (compared to checking inside the drum) to spot any dirt and see when cleaning is neededit was an expensive experiment
