I love this little camera.
This camera is a great little action camera and this pack gives you everything you need out of the box, except a micro SD card. You’ll need to buy one of those, and you’ll need to buy a good one as DJI products can be a little fussy about what cards they’ll accept. I use SanDisk, but beware the cheap fakes out there. The footage this little camera shoots is great for most people, it shoots from 1080 all the way up to 4K. It gives natural flattish footage, not the hyper bright GoPro style, but more realistic tones. Battery life is great, and this pack comes with three, so you’re unlikely to run out on a normal day’s shooting. It has touchscreens front and back and the awesome magnetic quick release clip system. It comes with two of these clips, plus a telescopic selfie stick and a self adhesive desk mount. Be warned the self adhesive sticker is by 3M and it will stay exactly where you put it, so make sure that that is precisely where you want it before you stick it.This model has been recently replaced by the Action 4, but for the price of just the Action 4, you can get the Action 3 plus spare batteries, a handy charger case and an additional magnetic clip. The Action 4 has a few upgrades and better low light capabilities, but most of us shoot in the daylight and if you’re just staring out with action cameras you are probably better off getting this kit with it’s proven camera and additional batteries. Still a valid purchase despite being superseded.

The camera to choose for motorcycle vlogging.
Excellent camera for moto-vlogging on a motorcycle especially when paired with a Rode AI Micro audio interface. Great picture quality and top notch sound. 100% more reliable than a GoPro.

Great Visuals, but Wind Noise Falls Short
The DJI Osmo Action 3 is a solid, well-built action camera with a ton of features and configurations that make it versatile for use in different environments. The image and video quality are excellent, delivering sharp visuals even in fast-paced scenarios. However, the wind noise handling could be better—when I use it on my motorbike, the audio is practically unusable due to the excessive wind noise. Aside from that, I’m very happy with its performance. If you’re primarily focused on video quality, this camera won’t disappoint.

Good camera. Easy to use
Got this DJI camera to replace my GoPro. It's been a much better experience. The video quality is only slightly better IMHO and that could be debated but the rest of the experience is much better. It's more reliable, battery life is better, charges faster, menus and settings are easier to work with, the quick release mount is amazing and the overall design is better. On top of that the app is better and doesn't nag me to upgrade to a paid monthly subscription every time I use it like GoPro.At the discounted price it's also good value. I definitely recommend switching to DJI if you're on the fence about GoPro. You can still use all of your old GoPro mounts too if you have them. There's even a cage from Ulanzi that has GoPro style feet built in if you want to use both styles to mount your camera.

DJI Osmo Action 3 is a top-notch action camera
The Osmo Action 3 delivers stunning 4K video quality with incredible clarity and vivid colours. Whether I'm capturing my outdoor adventures or shooting family moments, the video quality is simply outstanding. The built-in RockSteady stabilization technology is a game-changer. It ensures that my footage is smooth and steady, even in the most extreme conditions. No more shaky shots! The battery life is impressive. I can record for hours without worrying about running out of power. It's a relief knowing I won't miss any of the action due to a dead battery. The DJI Mimo app makes it easy to edit and share my footage. I can quickly transfer files to my phone and create stunning videos with just a few taps.

Great camera
I have tried a lot of cheaper cameras (Akaso etc) which basically work, but not very well. This works brilliantly. Cheaper than gopro and every bit as good, or better.

Great little camera
Very good video and battery life even at 4k60, picture stability is excellent. Huge improvement on cheaper supposedly 4k cameras.Had problems activating initially but luckily read another review which said to switch off Bluetooth and mobile data on phone and just connect to action cam on its WiFi after installing Mimo app. Also found my MacBook Air (IOS 10) isn’t compatible with playing or editing high efficiency h265 compression files but works great with h264 settings

If you want to spare yourself from frustration stick to GO...
I just bought DJI Osmo Action 3. I turned it on and was presented with a barcode to scan in order to "activate" the device. I couldn't scan the barcode in any way. I installed the DJI app from Google Play and was trying to activate it for the next hour. No success. Spend another hour searching through the web to find the problem. Apparently, the DJI app from the Google Play Store is just a shopping app and you need a DJI Mimo app which is no longer available in the Google Play store. You have to download it from an unknown server and use it at your own risk (you get a warning from Android that the app might be harmful). DJI Android apps are known to behave in ways that are against Google's security rules, you can read more about it online (pretty scary). Another issue I found there is no charger - just a USB-c to USB-c cable. There are a lot of reviews that will confirm that the quality of the device and videos are excellent but the security and privacy issue is a big no-no for me. Use at your own risk.
