I had an issue with Acer NitroSense always beeping.Found out the factory power supplies are not true 330 watt.This one fixed that annoying beep on my Nitro!

Got this for my acer predator and it works perfectly. I like the 90 degree connection vs the straight connector the charger it co.es with uses.

I have an Acer Predator Helios Neo 16 Gaming Laptop and use a triple monitor setup (two additional side monitors). These additional monitors are plugged into my laptop using a single USB-C cable which provides video signal and power to each monitor. This drains the battery fairly fast when I use them (mostly using them all the time). When I travel, I needed an additional AC power adapter and that's where this additional power adapter comes into play... I was getting tired of bundling up the original AC power adapter and packing it up every time for the trip, just to unpack it again and set it up once again at home (rinse and repeat). It's so much more convenient to have a second AC power adapter and just keep it stored in the laptop backpack... ready to go. This AC power adapter is almost an exact match to the Acer OEM LITEON AC power adapter. The only difference is the power plug that goes into the back of the laptop is at a 90deg angle instead of the straight power plug on the OEM LITEON AC power adapter. This 330watt power adapter/charger is a tiny bit larger and it runs a bit cooler than the original. All of the technical stats are the same as the original LITEON AC adapter. This power brick works with other Acer laptop (do your research to see if it works for yours) and is priced just right... in fact, it is even lower than when I first ordered mine and there currently is a 7% discount on top of that! Excellent price for an excellent, large 330watt quality AC power brick.BTW... The CHLOLMY brand in my pictures is on the left side... the ACER/LITEON brand is on the right side. I also included a picture of my ACER laptop triple monitor setup that this AC power adapter handles without issue... just like the OEM LITEON AC power adapter. Highly recommend!

This is a direct replacement for the Acer 16 (and quite a few other models) and does it's job as intended. The 5.5 x 1.7mm laptop connector matches exactly with no surprises. Keep in mind that for a laptop, this is actually a lot of power going through the unit. At up to 330W, you want a quality device to feed the CPU and peripherals the right amount of power.Which brings up one little concern that I have, and that is on my meter (Fluke 101), this outputs 19.48 volts DC, *very* close to the requirement of 19.5VDC that Acer places on it. But I'm used to power supplies that have a bit more than the requirements so that there is a "pad" for times the laptop maxes out on drawing power. But I think I'm being just a bit OC in worrying about such a small matter.I can recommend this unit for a high quality replacement power supply for your Acer.

My old laptop was totally useless because of my broken charger. This charger fits perfectly it is an exact fit and powerful enough to charge my computer within less than an hour; turned it in within about a minute of plugging in

I have about 50 hrs or so using my Acer Predator Helios 18 with this power supply, and it works perfectly. If you need a spare power supply, say for your work office like me, so you don't have to constantly take your home one with you, look no further. It is an exact replacement for the stock one that comes with your Helios, and while I haven't measure its total length, it seems to be just as long. Fantastic.
