I wanted to keep a check on recurrent UTIs without bothering the doctor all the time. I did get a slightly abnormal reading and, sure enough, did have a low grade infection. The strips are very easy to use although you do need to read the accompanying leaflet in order to understand the results. I got a very helpful email from the seller which further assisted me in making an accurate diagnosis. You get lots of strips so it doesn’t matter if you waste a few trying to assess each reading before the results become defunct. Not being medically trained, it took me a few goes but I managed to get all readings in the end!I also wanted to know if I was showing any signs of becoming diabetic. I’m rather overweight and of the age to worry! The results were entirely negative and, when I visited the doctor about the UTI, she confirmed my amateur diagnosis (though I didn’t tell her about the strips). She also confirmed the negative sugar reading, which I asked her about. So I think the strips are very useful for making regular checks on yourself.

The product is a cheap and effective way to identify suspected problems with a UTI. The information leaflet gives clear details of meaning of each test pad. The container is a very good but it can be a little fiddly to extract the packets without risking damage to the test strip pads. I have found one strip which had a pad detached which meant it was discarded.I will purchase this product again when necessary.

I ignored a UTI for WEEKS, thinking I could naturally get rid of it and ended up having to take antibiotics, after it got so bad, I had kidney pain and couldn’t even sit down without agony (and I never get back pain). Yes, very dumb, I know. (First time with a UTI, I had no idea how bad they could get).After the antibiotics doing their job successfully, I still had exactly the same symptoms - bladder issues, pain in my back and bad pain in my lower stomach. I bought these strips and it said I was all-clear for Leukocytes (white blood cells present in the urine, indicating an infection) and I wasn’t convinced, until I went back to the hospital and they confirmed - all clear.These strips are absolutely as accurate as any other test done at the doctors. They will, however, go “bad” if exposed to air and placed back into the plastic container without the foil pack still around them. I learned my lesson. Luckily, this handy little pack comes with 2 bags of strips.They are a little difficult to decipher at first - so keep the box/plastic pot and instructions!Absolute lifesaver, these strips gave me so much peace of mind, while I was healing from my bladder/kidney issues.Would buy again and I would recommend this product.

Good amount of test sticks for the price but I find they are hard to read and so do other people that I have let use them. They need to be clearer to understand for us non medical folk.

Was so pleased to find these strips as getting to see a dr is hard work! Easy to use and can inform dr of results and get appropriate treatment. Excellent to keep in medicine cabinet.

The strips arrived very quickly which was great. I wanted to have them handy as they are the same my GP used when I recently had a UTI and to save me a trip back, due to the current COVID situation, I decided to stock up on some to test myself and prevent me from making an unnecessary trip to the GPs. Easy to use and quick result - instructions in the bottle and easy to follow. They did show I still had some kind of infection so I tested again after a week and the result showed I had recovered (I did two tests at a time to ensure they worked). Obviously if they showed I still had an infection after a week I would have booked an appointment to see my GP. I also checked my daughter who had a different result to me so it rproved they worked.
