I rarely leave feedback. But I’ve been telling everyone how much I love these hose reels! They are a life changer! I love the color combination and quality of construction. I thought the plastic bracket might be a problem but they are actually very sturdy. I added a couple of washers when I screwed them in place just yo make sure the plastic doesn’t crack over time. I get compliments on them any time I have company over. They keep my yard and garden neat and clean. They are so easy to use - even my four year old granddaughter can operate them with ease. They are easy to install - this 60-something woman did it myself. I have one for cleaning the cars, two in the garden (I have a big garden!) and am ordering a fourth one for my chicken coop. Love them and they are a great value for the money! Highly recommend.

Very simple instalation of four screws. Brass fittings seem ample. Extends and retracts as advertised.Bought two for each side of the house. Photo is deck side which makes it neat and easy to water the flowers, etc.

My husband was given one for his birthday. Loved it so much he asked me to get another one for the otherside of our house. Now watering the plants, veggies and trees all around our house is a breeze and he loves it.

Easy to install and works great. Just be aware that the holes are sized to a 4” post and won’t work on a 2” stud. It is quite heavy and I wouldn’t trust using the drywall anchors they include. You’ll be pulling the heavy hose in and out for years, so do yourself a favor and figure out how you can get it into some wood. At the very least, 2 holes in a stud and 2 holes in drywall anchors.So far after a few weeks of use, the hose rewinds very easily and evenly. And the hose sprayer they include is great!

I needed a lighter-duty compact hose reel I could use inside the garage for washing cars during the winter. Retractable units were at the top of my list. I didn't need a lot of hose length and wanted one that didn't take up much space. My main concern with retractables was getting the hose back inside the reel without bunching up (like most of my retractable air hose and electric cord reels). This one eliminates that problem with a nice mechanical feature which ensures the hose rolls up evenly. Spring tension is decent; no real need to "help" the hose back into the reel. I was able to mount the reel fairly high and away from other interference. The swivel feature is handy, and also gets the reel just a little more out of the way when I'm not using it. Only minor gripes are the nozzle (just not a fan of that style) and the mounting holes aren't designed for attaching to 2x4 studs. There are fairly simply workarounds to both issues, but reducing by one star nonetheless. Overall, a good value and it's working exactly as I hoped.

Very happy with it and it’s functioning. My only concern is the bracket it hangs and swivels on. Seems fine now, just worried about its durability, could be built sturdier. I’ll update!
