I’ve dealt with a bunion for awhile. Although it doesn’t cause me pain, it just got worse. I’ve tried other toe spacers, but this one is the best I’ve tried. I like that it helps align my two toes together preventing a hammer toe by not allowing my big toe to move under the second toe. It’s easy to wear. I even slept in it a couple of days. While wearing it I’ve noticed my shoes don’t have the take tale sign of a bunion. I recommend this product. There easy to wear all day with whatever shoe I choose to wear.

These work well for me and are comfortable.I don't believe they will straighten my big toe with the bunion, but it seperates the big toe enough to discourage overlapwith the second toe.

I like these. It was a good idea. BUT the center soft area is too wide for me. I need a smaller width. It spreads my toes too far apart. If there is a narrow version, please let me know. Also the sock material that goes around my big toe was tight. It does stretch but its snug.

I usually don’t write reviews but these separators are awesome - I don’t take them off day and night and barely feel them in my shoes. I’ve used other ones before but these are the only ones that have a big enough middle piece where I feel like they’re doing their job while still being comfortable and not sliding off. They may be slightly comfortable at first as your feet get used to them but afterwards it’s fine. The elastic part on both ends sometimes bundles up due to the nature of the fabric but not often. I’ve noticed a huge difference in my bunion pain and range of motion while they’re off.

Was really looking forward to these helping and it's just annoying to wear them. Causes more pain than my issues I have with my big toe.

I ordered this toe separator to wear at night and hopefully prevent a crooked second toe from moving under my big-toe. Normally I use a silicone toe separator, but this product looked better because it had a bigger spacing piece between the two toes. Unfortunately, no matter how much I stretched the fabric, it was too tight on my big toe and caused pain. My family is known for its large big-toes, so others might not have this problem. But there is one more problem I'd like to report. The more I attempted to use the toe separator, the more the fabric curled under and that was uncomfortable too. On the positive side, I was allowed to return the three unused toe separators for a full refund. Good customer service!

Because the bunion has pushed the next toe into hammer position, these did not work for me. The little sleeve kept slipping right out of the sleeve, even before trying to put my foot into a shoe. Toe spacers squeeze the hammer toe so much that the nail turns slightly blue and it hurts. So I had high hopes for these. But, nope. If you don't yet have a hammer toe, they might work very nicely.
