Creatine has helped me build muscle, but you have to be consistent with taking it every day, and it dissolves easily .

My Dietician recommended creatine to supplement my workouts. I find that this product has zero taste. I mix it with a small amount of juice (less than 3 oz.). It doesn't completely dissolve but it remains suspended well and isn't overly gritty. I have no problem drinking this down in a couple swigs. I'll continue to use this product.
