I ordered this cable for my KZ AS-24's so I could use them instead of over ear headphones as we were making our last record. I've only had it for about a month but so far I've been very pleased with them. Sound quality is great, and the cable is sturdy. I have seen at least one complaint about the ends in another review but so far I haven't had any issues. My only criticism is that the little plastic bead they use to allow for adjusting the split point feels a bit cheap and is a little on the small side. The ends fit perfectly with the KZ's with no gap and the connection feels solid. Overall I'm quite pleased with it and would order another if needed!

After about a year, I had to replace the cable for my KZ IEM’s because it stopped passing signal. I hesitated to spend half the cost of the buds on just the cable, but this one seems to allow a “thicker” sound than the included original. Maybe it’s just placebo effect, but it’s also twice as thick with a much more robust (and heavier) 3.5mm plug. The old one had a 90° plug that interfered with knobs on my IEM pack and was the likely cause of failure. Much easier to pass the cable thru the back of your shirt because of the extra weight. I’m satisfied with this new set so far.

I'm not a gear expert. Apart from OEM cables in my stable, I have a budget Kbear balanced 16 core and an unbalanced Kbear (supposed to be 16 core, but I wouldn't know how to verify).This cable seems very well made. It's thicker, slightly heavier than all of my other cables, and has no memory at all. Very "slight" rubbery feel, but yet smooth, a bit like a snake. Wasn't sure about the feel at first, but I've come to actually prefer it over my others. I use this one with Kbear Rosefinches. I'd say it's a more substantial cable than the OEM cables on my Legato and EW300. Definitely recommended.

If your Chi-Fi IEMs came with the generic white wires, this is a huge upgrade. Length is useful for Djing (my use case) and the cable itself is very soft and supple.

Overall very good cord. The 2m length is what sold me from the start. I like the extended length when I am at my pc and need to reach for something.

First off, the cables aren't firmly seated in the body of the jack. Big red flag for quality, there. Second off, the jack itself is 2.5mm, which is small, but the end of the jack, where it rests on the socket, is necked down from the jack body, allowing the entire jack to bend when installed. Super low quality design.And to add insult to injury, even though the goofy thick braided wire is loose in the jack body, the jack itself is very well affixed to that same body, meaning it's going to be nearly impossible to repair.Such a waste of money, seriously. When it works, it's fine. But when you put your DAP or Bluetooth module in your pocket, this will absolutely snap right off or will bend until it fails.
