Extremely happy with these postpartum vitamins. They taste Devine! They have a good source of vitamin content that your body needs after having a baby. I have felt effectiveness with my energy levels and my skin and hair feels Amazing. Well worth the money. 8 months in and still taking these vitamins!

I've only been taking these gummies for a few days but I'm questioning whether I can continue them or not as the taste is manageable (not terrible but not great) but the smell is FOUL, both the bottle and the gummies smell awful! Not so great if you still have stomach sensitivities from pregnancy I find the smell on these really overpowering, almost more so than the taste! I can't comment on how well they work really but if I cant stomach them I won't be able to find out which is really quite sad given that these are quite expensive for what they are!

I took a full 30 days supply before leaving a review as I wanted to see the effects and I’m pleased to report that starting these 3 months postpartum my hair fall out has reduced and I feel less tired. The taste initially is of berry flavour and after taste is a little bit irony so I just drink water after eating them. I also will add that I was skeptical because the pregnacare vitamins didn’t do anything for me I don’t know why, maybe because the gummy version is just more suited to me. Everybody is different and yes your body will return to normal eventually but giving it that helping hand will be better so it’s worth the money.

I’ve been taking these now for a month and my nails and hair have been amazing! It hasn’t massively helped with stabilising my mood or helping me feel more energised though. And it says 60 gummies on the pack but I had 59 in mine lol.Update: I ordered them again and had 59 in the tub again, don’t know if their QA team is just rubbish or if they’re trying to save money for every tub lmao, won’t be ordering again :/

Good product and helpful vitamins following postpartum.

2 weeks after birth I noticed my super strong nails started snapping and breaking. Looked around for some vitamins to continue taking as breastfeeding and found these. I prefer these to tablets as I can take them fast without a drink. I will say they have a funny smell in the bottle which can be off putting but they are not the worst tasting gummies. They are tolerable and go down fast. Now 6 weeks pp, with a few days gummies left and have to say they have definitely helped my nails as they are now stronger and not snapping or brittle anymore. My hair is also growing fast which I think could be the gummies helping. Would definitely recommend these and about to buy a 2nd bottle.

These come highly recommended so I’m confident they will do me good!But they do smell and taste terrible!

I struggle to take another well known brand and I used these as an alternative. They taste nice enough and are easy to swallow as you csn chew them.
