Window cleaner.
The cleaner was a little awkward to figure out as all instructions were in Chinese. The pictures helped but cleans the windows well.

It's not as advertised
This was a total waste of money. There was no instructions for assembly or use, so it was a case of working out then using it which was s total loss. It's a shame as the idea is good but without support for use it's a loss.

English Instructions
It took a little time to understand the item as instructions were in Chinese and pictures weren't that clear but once one got the hang of it, it was easy. The parcel was delayed by around 2 weeks, due to coming direct from China during lockdown by flights. So after checking out with seller answers were replied quickly but at the start I feel I was given totally wrong info !!!

Its perfect for high rise windows
We use this product on our condominium windows 28 floors up. Its perfect for high rise windows. Super easy to use even with almost 10ft high windows. We are very pleased with the results. The blade wiper is not too easy to use in the top corners at reach on 10ft windows but good results with the foam /cloth cleaner. The product arrived flat packed and has to be assembled. Unfortunately, the instructions are in Chinese. It would be handy if a separate manual in English was added. I watched the video available on youtube for this product to get an idea of how to assemble and use it. I rate this 4 out of 5.stars because the wiper blade is not too easy to use when reaching out a long way.

Love this item, it's really easy to use and saves a fortune on window cleaner.

No instructions
Came without announcement when the parcel would arrive, and had no instructions either about how to assemble it or how to send it back. Whilst I eventually managed to stick some of the parts together, I still do not know what some of the parts are meant to do (if anything). Don’t buy!

Not very good to use
This product is not as good as I expected

Takes few tries to get hang on how to use
Instructions how to assemble in english, but very blurry, but very easy to assemble. The main sponge of cleaning could be a little bit scratchier, as for better taking dirt of if the windows are rather long time not cleaned. Extra cleaning cloths are no use for the outside window, because there is no way to attach them. All in all not the worst product for hard to reach windows.
