I can't eat regular flour without getting dizzy anymore. I have found however that seem to be able to eat this flour that is not the hybrid version of flour that was engineered in the 50's. Between this and sour dough bread, that is about I can have as far as bread or pasta unless it is not made with any flour.

After years of research into non celiac, gluten intolerance. Finally found Einkorn wheat pasta, from Jovial. The best part? It’s a better tasting pasta, from what we would have normally bought. Highly recommend this pasta.

This item tastes so good and is so much better for you than other noodles.

My husband and I don’t eat a lot of carbs. So I purchased this to try for days that we wanted something different. It has a nice nutty flavor, but does break up easily (which didn’t bother us at all). But we both still experienced bloating with this pasta. I also purchased the flour, which did not have the same bloating effect.

We ordered this to make a healthy spaghetti recipe and the shipping was fast and the spaghetti turned out amazing. We are no longer eating hybridized wheat as it is having devastating consequences on our bodies, so this einkorn spaghetti was a lifesaver.
