All went well but the ringer didn’t work. So mum could call out but no idea when anyone was calling her 😞😢 took a while to realise as she’s 95 x So check everything first will be returning and ordering another as great idea and easy to use if it worked x this one is clearly faulty

This phone is brilliant for anyone who struggles with dialling numbers. We put photos of family members under the big buttons and all the user has to do is press the button to dial. The sound is very loud and clear. Good value and seems well designed and made.

Sadly had to return this product, as the claims of being ideal for the hard of hearing, somewhat exaggerated. The person for whom it was bought has only mild hearing problems, yet to my good hearing I could see it would be inadequate

Nice BIG buttons for call purposes. 9 memory buttons with area to assign a name or picture to assist user in selecting the right number. Loud Ringer, easy to use hands free calling and answering facility, also easy to hold hand receiver. Excellent value.

Great for the elderly which was why we bought it. Can put photos of family etc and nice numbers are entered user only needs to press the picture of whom they wish to call
