I broke my ankle, and bought this almost immediately based on recommendations I was seeing on Reddit. It honestly helps so much and for the cost all I could ask for….i had looked at reviews before purchasing and i was nervous the cushion wouldn’t be super supportive just based on some of the photos I saw but it is truly so supportive. Having the removable layer is great because it allows me to keep my ankle over my heart when I’m sitting up, but adjust to more “laying” down when I’m going to bed…I didn’t see what use the tiny pillow would have but it does actually helps alleviate some pressure on my ankle by adjusting where my weight is being supported. The fabric being removable is also ideal since I do have cats, the Velcro works well, and the slippey slidey stuff on the bottom does keep the pillow from sliding…the stitching is a little weak on the grabby things to help pull the pillow up…I accidentally tore it a bit, but I also hadn’t lifted my leg up enough.Honestly my only regret is not getting the single leg instead of the dual, I think the extra cost would have been worth it…I have some issues with my back and when I do sleep having my hip resting in the different positions can become uncomfortable at times.

This product worked extremely well to keep my leg elevated and in place after my miniscus root repair surgery. Even with a large brace and ice pack strapped on, my leg sat comfortably in the groove of this pillow design. 10/10 would recommend.

I had a surgery on my leg and had to elevate, this helped me a lot when I sleep, it’s comfy and durable.

I’m using this to raise my leg after hip replacement surgery. I find great success using this for sleeping. My leg stays put, no chance of rolling over and significantly reduced the swelling in my leg. In addition, it helps with sciatica. It is very soft and feels great on skin.

I'm taking off a star because the sections don't stay stacked- those little bumps do a lousy job of not slipping. The fabric is soft, and the big wedges are supportive enough. The 2" tall rectangular piece would be more useful if it was more firm - "memory foam" just means it squashes down to nothing. I may end up folding it over to double its height. Bottom line, it's cheap, and if you need it, well... you need it.
