We had to do a mold remediation. We bought this for ourselves. I it does a superb job cleaning the air. You can see the dust particles slide across the floor to the scrubber when it is turned on high.

I understand that folks using this for heavy duty or carpentry specific work are going to have a different perspective of this product.For my needs it’s just in a damp dank garage and ADU apartment above this garage that are very dusty and musty. It seems to be a great step up from a household air filter and I am tempted to buy 2 to keep in separate levels so I don’t have to lug upstairs every few days to switch between the garage and apartment.I haven’t run particulate tests or anything but the odors have significantly decreased and I don’t feel the same swelling in my airway after being in these spaces for even 10 minutes and completing light duty chores.Eventually it would be nice to upgrade to an installed system for proper garage ventilation that is rated for the purpose and that can be left running indefinitely with efficient energy use- but 🤷‍♀️ that day might never come lol.So for now- seems to be an improvement over breathing just the normal musty air

The media could not be loaded. This is the fourth time I’ve had to replace one of these Vevor units. They are a bit cheaper than the competition but that’s because the quality is lower. After spending over $1,500.00 on multiple replacements of this exact unit, we’ve decided to switch back to a more expensive competitors brand because it holds up much better in the long run.The first thing to understand is this product runs great until it’s time to replace the HEPA filter. After you replace one or two of them the product will start to malfunction. The electronics and sensors start to fail and you’re left with a unit that randomly turns off, won’t start, gets a weird alert and starts to beep nonstop, or the reset button goes bad. We’ve had four of these units and every single one has experienced these failures.We used to think it was how some of our crews were handling the units but I watched over this last one like a baby, never took any damage. And low-and-behold after only 3 months it failed after one HEPA filter replacement.Everyone should watch out there’s a reason why this unit is $100 bucks cheaper everywhere you go. This unit is made cheap, is hard to find filters for, and has lots of defects.Wish I could be leaving a good review, but this is the experience we’ve had.

I was doing mold removal in my kitchen and needed and air scrubber to keep the rest of the house from getting contaminated. I looked at renting one from Home Depot but at the price they charge for a single day I knew I was better off just buying one since I do work in construction. Vevor sold me a top notch machine for less than I would have paid for a single day rental. This thing is a beast. It's whisper quiet, effective, easy to use, under $400 and just as effective as one that is twice the price from a big brand. I have bought other tools and equipment from Vevor and I can confidently say that I will continue to purchase from them.

It is very quiet, and after turning up the wind speed, it gradually becomes louder albeit like a big white noise machine (which is useful for preventing eavesdropping). The manual is rather lean and doesn't explain much except to caution about first removing the cellophane wrapping from the three (3) filters before turning it on. These filters are held in by two strong spring-loaded clips, and the air scrubber is fastened shut by five strong spring loaded fasteners like those on a solid briefcase. I'll have to look online to see whether I am operating it correctly, because it seems odd to operate anything with an exposed filter instead of a grill or mesh cover. It doesn't seem logical to run it with both sides covered leaving only an opening for the exhaust. My unit also does not have an on-off switch as indicated it should. Finally, after running it for a couple of days in a house that is shamefully messy and dirty due to the ongoing home improvement project from Hades, the pleated outer most filter appears as pristine as it was when first opened. (Meanwhile, I'd bought a big, barrel-style floor fan from Amazon that blows this Vevor away. To that end, I have found that the big fan does better but by coraling dust-bunnies, furballs and errant dirt that gets snagged by chair legs and floor corners.) Maybe, my frugality resulted in getting an air scrubber with less wind power but may prompt daisy-chaining several of these, which I do not believe is cost effective. Of course, I may have set the bar too high unless I find that I've erred in deploying this thing.

This air scrubber has been perfect for our home mold remediation project. It’s easy to use, a little bulky to move around but not overly heavy, not too loud and has lasted through two large projects. We used it along with a plastic tunnel vented out a window to move air from inside to the outside and it was perfect for this! For being one of the less expensive options we did great with it.

It did its job very well had a bunch of mold I needed to remove kept the air clean very satisfied with product

Works so well! We are using it on a hoarder house basement and it's definitely greatly improved working conditions. It was unbearable before and now we can all safely work down there.
