Liked: Everything worked! Keyboard, screen, video, audio, wifi, LAN, everything. No hidden malware in the UEFI or OS.Disliked: Amazon for not being transparent. You shouldn't hide negative reviews if you want us to trust you, and the company that sells with you.When I finally found the negative reviews, I almost returned this pc before it even arrived, because Amazon was being very Suspicious.Instead I did my due diligence and thoroughly inspected everything. Even gave it a clean install. It works perfectly. Good company.

Clean unit with only a little wear on the handrest. No backlit keyboard and no touchscreen, but that's OK in the configuration I'll be using it (dedicated in a recording studio). HOWEVER, Device Manager reported only "Microsoft Basic Display Adapter," not Intel HD graphics, so it would not drive a second monitor when put in a docking station.Took a while to figure out, so one star dropped for not being ready to run out of the box BE SURE TO DOWNLOAD THE INTEL DRIVER AND SUPPORT ASSISTANT app and run it to update to Generation 6-10 display drivers. Once that was completed, the Device Manager reported Intel HD520 and the second display worked fine.Note: I updated other drivers and the BIOS using Lenovo Vantage and the driver refresh scan at pcsupport.lenovo.com, then did a clean install of Windows 11 Pro v23H2 from an ISO disk image download *after* running "Windows 11- 22H2 Bypass.cmd" to bypass CPU and TPU checks. Windows Update works fine.

This laptop may have been used for 4 months (if that). It is a December 2022 model. It is virtually new: no scratches, dings, no damage whatsoever. The touchscreen is very responsive no matter where you tough it at. The keyboard is a bit weird... seems to be from a different country where they use Roman letters, but have other icons in it. Overall, I couldn't be happier with this purchase!

This laptop came in on Nov.28th and was working perfectly the whole time. Then out of nowhere the laptop stopped working. It would get stuck in reboot loops or blue screen. Occasionally I can get it to work if I reset it a couple of times, but even then it'll just randomly brick and shut down then go back to the reboot loop. Very disappointed.

Not a speed demon but it has plenty of good features and I use it to run spreadsheets and code. It handles Microsoft Office well and I can view movies and run heavier software like Android Studio. It was a great purchase.

Great quality for an even better price. The only downside is that the battery is shot and I'm going to have to purchase another one off of Amazon. Other than that, I am happy with my purchase and I look forward to this laptop outliving me.

The media could not be loaded. Won’t charge clearly missing a batter haven’t gotten past 3 percent. So dissatisfied there’s no touch screen but I’d figure that.
