Excellent, really helped my thumb and wrist.

I have a 17in wrist so I got the medium - It provides pretty good compression however it's not stiff enough to give much support to the wrist.

Works really well usually put on when thumb joint and wrist achy eases very quickly and comfortable for long periods

I think I got the right size (medium) for my hand, but the fabric covers a lot less of the wrist and thumb than shown in the sample images. I don't mind the wrist part not being that long, as I got this mainly for my thumb, but I would have liked the support to reach over my IP joint of the thumb, as depicted in the images. In that sense the images are quite deceptive.The support feels comfortable at first, but becomes itchy and uncomfortable after a while.However, it still gives somewhat adequate support for my thumb's MTP joint, which was the reason I ordered this support in the first place. If that wasn't the case, I would have given this 2 stars instead of the (generous) 3.It's still hard to evaluate the effectiveness of the support after such short time of using it. My thumb joint isn't constantly in pain, only once in a while depending how hard I've been working on the computer on certain days, varying in severity. If you have longer term thumb joint and wrist pain, this isn't necessarily the best option for you. For occasional pain, this might do the trick if you can just afford a cheap support.Wouldn't necessarily recommend, though it's not SO bad that I'd return it either. 2.5 stars?

This glove gives a lot of support for the thumb joint. Washes easily and although slightly expensive is worth the money.
