Can't decide if this works or not. Definitely get a lot so it will last a long time but I personally feel it just blocks my nose up. It is easy to use but not fast acting for me.

I was paying almost this price for a 15ml bottle from chemists. I thought this was expensive when I first saw it as the ones I was buying were around £5 each. This bottle is 100 ml, making it very economical. I just keep the smaller bottles and fill them up from this one (yes I clean them well warn alcohol) so I can take it out with me. Helps to get rid of the dryness caused by central heating, and helps to clear a sinuses and blocked nose from colds. I can't use the sprays with decongestant in them as I take blood pressure tablets, and the decongestant can actually cause the symptoms to worsen, so this spray is idea.

I was using Sudafed for my cold before someone suggested a saline nasal spray, I noticed with the Sudafed I was just getting rebound congestion and needed it more often. I ordered this, the first use didn’t make much of a difference but sprayed again around 4 hours later and my sinuses feel much clearer and I can breathe a lot easier, and it’s great that it’s not got any nasty chemicals and won’t cause a rebound effect. Would definitely recommend!
