If you’re thinking about getting it, just get ittt! It’s such a great product that helps relieve any pain/extra pressure around your back and lower abdomen. I have to stand up on my feet all day managing household chores and cooking to even going on baby shopping sprees/grocery shopping for a few hours at a time and I would say this belt has made a difference in supporting the extra weight of baby and my back posture. Before it I used to have to take more breaks to sit down and cup my belly with my hands to get a few seconds of relief but this truly has helped. It feels snug and secure while so comfortable. You can even adjust the Velcro straps to your liking of how loose or tight you want it to be and it’ll stay in place. The quality is made of great material that doesn’t have any funky petroleum smell like some other bands do and the texture is soft on the skin nothing of a scratchy material so you can wear it under your shirt or on top without any discomfort. A tip I would also add is that putting it on for the first time might be confusing but after watching the tutorial I got it on easily. It's a nice product that relieves the pressure a lot and gives tons of support, but the back scrunches when I sit and it quickly becomes uncomfortable. All in all it's a good belt doing what it should do. The velcro hold is very secure, the size fits well and can be adjusted to smaller or bigger bellies, and it definitely helps keep my back straight.

I bought a Medium for size and weigh 159 lbs at last OB visit. The belt fits well and has plenty of room to grow with the baby in the last trimester.
