At first I didn't think it needed dual input USB types until I found use for both types on my last trip. This is one of those must have accessories for GoPro users. The GoPro eats through batteries, therefore you need multiple batteries for a day's worth of action. At the end of the day, you will need to charge multiple batteries to be ready for the following day, so the dual charging capability comes in handy and requires less swapping than a single charger. About the only metric I can review is that the batteries achieve 100% charge, and the lights reliably turn color after a full charge so you'll know when the battery is full. Batteries left in the charger overnight do not appear to be overcharged from excess trickle, but it seems like the charger turns off perhaps after peak charging.Light weight, compact for travel, and you don't need to bring a bunch of cables with you if you already have a cable that will work with one of the inputs of this charger.

I recently purchased a previously owned GoPro Hero 7 Black. It came with one battery. I purchased a second battery, and this charger to use with the camera. This charger charges the batteries to 100% just fine. It is simple to use. You have to have a 5 volt source to connect the charger to. The charger comes with a cable to be able to plug it into a USB A power source. I use a USB C male connector connecting into the charger, and the other end into my USB A power source. I'm very happy with this device and to me it is well worth the money.

I had an original GoPro dual charger that failed after light use and I refused to pay the ridiculous price to get another one when the first one failed so I was looking for a third party option at a good price so got this one because it was a bargain and it has been working great, I regret ever wasting money on the original GoPro version, this one is the way to go!

I think it’s pretty good. It has space for two batteries to charge simultaneously, a somewhat buggy LED indicator, and both micro usb and usb-c ports which makes it easy if you trust one of the types over the other (if you know what I mean). It’s just a little smaller than the Hero8 Black, and it’s packaging is pretty straightforward. It’s really easy to use. It has negative and positive indicators, like what you would find on the battery itself near the contacts. Since it’s USB, you could easily use it via a cheap cigarette lighter adapter to charge on the go. The LEDs have a tendency to not turn green even if the battery is fully charged though. In conclusion, I think this a pretty good charger for it’s price, you get what you pay for.

I ordered this charger for my GoPro batteries before my honeymoon. This might be one of the most useful GoPro accessories I've used! It charges both batteries in a reasonable amount of time, is small enough to pack for a trip, and seems to be built pretty well. One thing I did notice is you have to make sure the batteries on on the charger all the way or they might not make good contact, but that's a very minor thing compared to how useful this charger is.

I bought this so that I could always have batteries charging for my little GoPro and it works great easy to use and charges just the way it’s supposed to. I would buy it again.
