Brilliant for the Price
Suitcases are pretty expensive nowadays and to get reasonably quality you gotta pay top dollar. These Eminent bags are at the sweet spot I reckon, light but sturdy, made by a company you know can make luggage reasonably well and not going to eat too much of your holiday budget to buy these, especially as you can be relatively confident it'll last a few years. Love this colour too!

Broken handle
The extendable handle broke from the first time I used it after barely hitting the floor. How can I use the warranty to get it fixed? It is very fragile.
