Hatch restore
I’ve had my eye onthis alarm clock for a while Ireally wanted the updated versionHatch restore 2 but just didn’t want to justify that price. When I saw the restore at its lowest price I jumped for it.I really struggle with getting off to sleep and waking up I now put the red lightAnd have relaxing 30mins sounds that helps me get to sleep and in the morningsI’m waking up when it sets off I’m hoping if I stick to that evening and mornings will getEasier had no issues connecting it connects with WiFi so many options on its app.Very pleased with it.

Do not buy from this company!
Ordered on the 4th January, finally arrived on the 31st January, despite being told it was delivered 8 days prior. Complete with a charging plug that can't be used in Europe (Ireland). When contacted terrible customer service. Buy this product elsewhere.

A few issues that I have.
The media could not be loaded. Let’s start with the price. Go on the U.S. website and the hatch one is $130 (£100)For Brits we have to pay £190 ($241) for the same clockA hatch two in putty for UK customers is £272 ($345)On their US website it costs $199.I mean I understand import tax, shipping and storage, but they cost double. Then on top they still want a $50 annual subscription.. something doesn’t seem right…In terms of the clock (this is the first model, I could not afford the newer one) I like it, it is a good size and fits nicely on my shelf. The sound quality is nothing special but not bad either. The light quality is pretty good. But what lets it down is that for some bizarre reason, the app designers decided not to allow scheduling the evening routine. Yes you can get a reminder in your phone but it’s not the same. I want it to start exactly at a specified time, so it will be wrapping up exactly at the time I want to be falling asleep. Is it really too much to ask, I imagine it would be just as difficult as programming the morning alarm to go off automatically. I shouldn’t have to be rushing to my clock to slap the start button at a given time because the app programmers decided to clock off and go to the pub early instead of writing a small string of code to allow it to begin independently .The audio content is pretty good too. However I have decided to return it because the negatives I mentioned outweigh the positives.Recommendations to the company:Fix your international prices so they are more in line with US pricesAdd the ability or automatically schedule evening routines.
