Q: Is the bolster easy to remove and replace when washing the cover?

Definitely not easy, still working on inserting foam and then bolster tube after washing covering. Any suggestions to make this process easier?

Q: The manufacturer information says made in the usa but the product information says country of origin china. which is correct?

The foam and some material are made in USA. But it also does say some material is imported. Everything is assembled is USA.

Q: What are the dimensions of the Jumbo size bed? I see note of 44"x35" in some spots and 40"x32" in others.

I had the same issue- I contacted Furhaven and they did alter the size of their newer version of the to fit the 40 x 32. Look at the tag on your old cover to see what size it will take. If it’s the 44 x 35 they may still have cover available thru Furhaven

Q: How many cats can fit on the Large or Jumbo size dog bed?

Since cats are not all sized alike, it is difficult to know how many cats are actually able to be comfortably laying down and sprawled out on the large/jumbo sized bed. Check the dimensions. My best guess would be three to four adult cats averaging around 9-10 lbs and used to napping together and sprawled out partially over each other.
