Purchased this for a vintage Tamiya TA-02 chassis I had been gifted. Good fit and decent longevity while running. Would recommend for general off roading and street bashing.

The media could not be loaded. The battery was used for my arc car racing fighter DT03 car so much power was very happy with this product and it charged up very quickly as you can see it got a couple of knocks but due to the hard case on the outside of the pack it is very sturdy.

I replaced an aging 7.2v NiCd racing pack in a vintage Tamiya hornet (I also replaced the speed controller with a digital one) and this not only fit's the tight battery bay but it worked really well.Lots of power and long duration (going from a 1200mah 7.2v NiCd to a 4200mah 7.4v LiPo you would expect that of course 😁).Just be sure the speed controller you use for it is correct for the type of motor (typically a brushed motor for such a RC car) and of course for a LiPo battery like this. The standard speed controller in the original 1987 Hornet might not be suitable.Also be sure to match the connector on the speed controller to that of the battery. I had bought a speed controller with a Tamiya Connector so that I could use it with MiMH batteries if I wanted, so I needed an adapter (easy to buy on Amazon too) to use this battery.I have only used it once so far mind you, and only charged it up once so we will see...

Fits perfectly in the space of the NiMH 7.2, delivers great power, doesn't get hot, what's not to like, best battery for the money. Can't recommend enough.

Using battery in Tamiya Mad Bull, fits perfectly and provides more then enough power for a 19T stock sports motor. Fast delivery too.
