Nice smart two-seater.
Sound 2seater, doesn't impose on a room, ie not too big for smaller rooms, unlike many sofas. Easy to assemble. Good price, neutral colour, goes well with different decors. Overall very happy with this two seater. Why did you choose this product over others?:Right size for the room, not too big.

Poor workmanship, even poorer customer service.
The product arrived and looked very nice and well made in the box, however after unpacking it and trying to assemble it, it became clear that some of the screw holes were misaligned and could not be used, this happens occasionally on masses produced furniture so nothing outrageous there.Being as it is a load bearing piece of furniture though and not wishing to injure anyone if it collapsed whilst someone was sitting on it I wasn’t prepared to use it in its partially completed state, so I dismantled it and repacked it for return, fully expecting the process to be a simple one and getting another (better made one) in way of a replacement.Unfortunately that wasn’t to be, the company initially offered me a full refund (which whilst not a replacement was acceptable) and gave me return instructions. The problem was that they expected me to pay for the return (the return costs were not covered in the proposed refund).I queried the fact that I would be out of pocket for returning their faulty product and was told that no return would be necessary, presumably because they didn’t want the hassle of arranging a return. They did ask if I could take photos of the misaligned screw holes ‘if possible’ (their exact words) to help with future quality control but as a few days had passed by the time that request came through I had already repackaged and stored the product for its return and so it wasn’t possible or practicable to take it all out again and reassemble it to the point where I could go no further again just for a photo.Anyway long story short no refund so far (this is weeks later) and a protracted series of communications between Amazon, myself and this company as they try to avoid refunding me for their defective product. They have now offered a partial refund (great so I get to pay a bit less money for a product that I can’t use and no longer have) or they can make arrangements for its collection! Baring in mind that they told me that they didn’t want it returned over two weeks ago. Do they really think that I’d just keep a large unwanted box containing a defective piece of furniture they didn’t want returning just sitting around in my house taking up space and getting in the way?Clearly it’s just an attempt to avoid refunding an unhappy customer for a defective product they supplied.Overall, the product (if you don’t get one that was poorly made at the factory) is pretty good and I’d be happy to have one that worked but if you are unlucky enough to get one that isn’t quite right the company is terrible at refunding and it’s customer service is terrible. So my advice would be to think very carefully about dealing with this company in the first place.

Not very comfortable, you pay for what you get
Cheaper than anything on the market, but it is not very comfortable. Kind of hard and too small to be comfy. Might do well as a waiting area sofa type thing but definitely does not compare to a comfy living room couch.

slim settee for kitchen
Very happy with this purchase. We wanted a slim 2/3 settee for the kitchen and this purchase was perfect.Very solid and easy to install, this solid settee will stand the test of time, especially with heavy use from kids. The seats will be uncomfortable over a long period, but remember it's only £150!

Cheap but uncomfortable
Looks nice but is not comfortable at all, mostly used to sit on when putting shoes on. Fairly easy to assemble by yourself. Happy with it for the price.
