Yes Chinmayee, This product includes the weight, gasket and rubber ring. If you extra rubber-rings too I can send it to you if you add that in the instructions. This will be useful to you as it is usually difficult to find the rubber rings online as stand alone products.

Q: Will this work with induction ? If not, is there some other small model that will work ?

You mean Prestige Induction cooktop? I've no idea. We cook on electric stove top. This works on gas stove as well. Please check with Prestige or on their website.

Yes. Weight and gasket included but no vessels inside. Just the cooker.

Q: I want to know how the whistle works because I got really scared when I tried yesterday for the first time and make that noise?

Looks like you are using it for first time. The whistle would go off letting the steam out when the steam builds in. It is normal. Usually allow 3-4 whistles to cook(veggies for eg). After that keep it aside to cool. Do not attempt to open till the steam cools down. To check if it is cooled, shake the whistle with a spoon or something. If the steam has cooled down, then it would not make any noise. Be careful while checking if its cooled, steam will be super hot.
