My only regret about this pan set is that we didn't buy these years ago. A friend has one we used occasionally at his house for the past three years and loved it, but it always skipped our mind to buy one.We've been using these almost daily for two weeks and nothing, I mean nothing, has stuck to the surface. Easy clean-up, they have a great weight to them and the handles are very comfortable.I'll go so far as to say these are the best frying pans I've ever had, and I've spend some quality money on stainless steel and iron before.You won't be disappointed!

I recently purchased the T-fal Ultimate Hard Anodized Nonstick Fry Pan Set, and I am beyond impressed! Right out of the box, these pans feel solid and well-made, with a nice weight to them. But the real star of the show is just how amazingly non-stick they are.I’ve used them for everything from frying eggs to sautéing veggies, and nothing sticks. I mean, eggs literally slide off the pan without any oil or butter. Cleanup is a breeze—just a quick wipe with a sponge, and they look brand new.The even heat distribution is also worth noting. My food cooks evenly without hot spots, which has made a noticeable difference in the quality of my dishes. Plus, the handles stay cool to the touch, so I don’t have to worry about burning my hands.I’m really happy with this set and would recommend it to anyone looking for durable, high-performing nonstick pans. They’ve definitely made cooking more enjoyable and stress-free!

These are much lighter than my current ones and have silicone grips, both of which I really like, as well as being very reasonably-priced.Be advised, though, they don't come with lids, thought they did, but that was my mistake, misread the description.They truly are slick, and non-stick, best I've ever seen, but I do recommend a few things, to maintain and even enhance their durability.1) Season them with vegetable, canola or another high-smoke oil before you first use them-after gently washing them, put 2 tablespoons of oil in the bottom, spreading over the whole surface and sides (a small, soft brush works great, I used a silicone one), and stovetop heat on medium for 4 minutes; remove from heat, and when a little cooler, wipe all the oil off with a soft paper towel, then either re-wash gently, or put away, as is.2) Always hand wash with a soft sponge (not the abrasive side); don't put them in a dishwasher, as it's totally uneccessary, all food residue practically slides out on its own, with just a sponge.3) Use wooden or silicone utensils only (description says you can use metal, but every review and recommendation I've read has said it's much safer for the finish, if you don't, same with using a diswasher).If they begin to lose their non-stick properties, you should just re-season them to renew it, as you can do this as many times as you like, no limit.I love these skillets, just hope they last a long time, with the good care I've denoted.
