Hoosier Hill FarmWhite Cheddar Cheese Powder, 1LB (Pack of 1)

I am a real fan of this brand, and this cheese powder didn't disappoint me. I love cheddar on popcorn, but to buy it in the stores is just too expensive for what you get. I trust the ingredients this brand uses (compared to store bought cheddar popcorn), the flavor is just enough without being as salty as most store bought, and the texture is perfect for adding it to freshly popped corn. I also have used it in mac and cheese, and it was very good.

Hosier Hill Farms White Cheddar Cheese Powder. Tried this on popcorn, and it was delish. Next used it in soups, on cooked vegetables, sauces, toasted bread with spaghetti and salads, +++++. Camping is on the agenda this weekend and we're going to roast nuts on the campfire. Will be bringing some in a shaker and sprinkling it on them. I'm sure they'll be great. So far, they go with everything and very happy I tried it.

This powdered cheese is amazing! I steam veggies and sprinkle this on broccoli, cauliflower, and baked potatoes…peas etc. it’s absolutely delicious. I just bought some pop secret popcorn and I’ll be sprinkling this on as well. AND ITS LOW FAT! ENJOY!!

I bought this as a flavor for popcorn that I make and sell. Everyone loves it. You do have to watch how much you put on because as with any seasoning, the salt content can be a bit too much. Otherwise, it is delicious!Color:White

Not salty. Just cheese flavor. Popcorn toppers tend to be salty and this isn't. That said, there is a lot of salt in it.

I love the flavor of this cheese powder. I make popcorn in a pot on the stove, then dump it into a bowl, and sprinkle with this cheese powder. I have also used it for a quick batch of macaroni and cheese, or egg noodles and cheese. It doesn’t get hard and clumpy in the container. I will buy this again.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I got tired of paying for white cheddar popcorn (that comes in a small bag), as well as the (orange) cheddar pasta. I prefer white cheddar... this container of REAL white cheddar cheese will pay for itself before I use half of it.If I only use it to flavor popcorn, it will pay for itself after 5 servings! I plan on using it on Yakisoba noodles as well... I think white cheddar tastes better than the mild or sharp (orange) cheddar cheese.I'm going to try it with parmesan, to make cheese 'chips' in thr air fryer... as well as sprinking it on cauliflower.

I've only used this as a replacement for Kraft so far. I'm diabetic, and I want my occasional Kraft Mac n Cheese! I use this with diabetic friendly elbows and it tastes great! I don't think it's better or worse than Kraft which is a great compliment in my opinion.
