I used the product today and it worked well. Got a fairly good amount out of our dryer which we've had for quite a few years. For what it cost I think it was worth the money and was easy to use. We always clean the lint screen each load but it doesn't get all the lint so this will be good to use every few months.

Wow. I truly feel like this could have saved our lives. I had thought I was smelling a faint burning when drying clothes, my dryer lint catcher wasn't sitting flush any more, and then noticed a load of sheets got excessively hot and decided to get this attachment. It fit my vacuum without issue and it got out four vaccum canisters full of lint and sand and dust. My vacuum has a pretty large canister and the first two loads came flying out so fast and heavy that lost suction from being jammed full. It was absolutely packed in there. Every time I thought it was all out, I would bounced the nozzle and find another level of lint. I have an 18 gallon garbage can and the bottom was fully covered in several inches of dryer garbage. My apartment is supposed to clean it all out annually and my gut this last time was that they didn't, even though they promised they did. That crew was suddenly replaced a few months later. Now I'm sure they didn't. There is no way this much would be in there. I am so glad I did this myself. I really think we were getting lucky with every load before this clean out. My lint trap now sits perfectly flush again, no smell, and normal heat. It's running like a new machine. I have zero regrets.

Product works well, removing most of the dust/lint in the first 30 inches of the dryer's vent system. A longer hose may be needed if there is dust/lint beyond the first 30 inches. The long brush is handy to loosen up lint/dust in the nooks and crannies, especially, in our case, around the backside of the moisture sensors.One potential downside is that if your vacuum is very powerful, AC plugged-in unit, the narrow tube can produce a very high-pitched screeching sound that could be difficult to tolerate. To reduce this noise, you can reduce the power if the vacuum cleaner has an adjustable vent valve on the handle, while still maintaining sufficient suction . If not, you may need to just use a lower power vacuum cleaner such as a battery-powered unit.Also, be aware of this tube may be too thick to get pass the vent opening. This model has a thickness of 0.85" (unspecified on website), thicker than some other models on Amazon which are touted to be only 0,73". In any case, measure your vent opening to ensure that this tube can fit through.

OK, Call me ignorant, but I never knew you are supposed to clean your dryer vent. I always take the lint catcher out and take out the lint, and I also wash it once a month because I heard they can get build up and cause a fire. Well, I saw this Holikme 2 piece Dryer Vent Cleaner Kit and thought, what could be down there? You may think you can use a crevice tool on your vacuum, but it doesn't get down far enough. This kit is so easy to use. I have a small shop-vac in the basement and it was very simple to attach the base and hose to it. I started the vacuum and right away the hose plugged up. I can't say that I blame it because there was a lot of stuff down there. I ended up pulling the hose off of the base 4 or 5 times to get the gunk out. It wasn't bad and it was my own fault for never cleaning down there before. After cleaning with no more clogs, I used the brush to grab any more lint that was down there and sure enough, it came up with more lint. I did it a couple more times until the brush came up clean and then I vacuumed it again. You can see from the pictures how much crud was down there. I am a bit embarassed. It took no longer than 10 minutes to complete the job. Now that I have this kit, I will be cleaning it monthly so as not to have the build-up and a clogged hose. It was on sale and I believe it is so worth the money.

We have a GE combo washer and cleaning out the dryer vent is difficult.The quality was fine for the price point. I started with 4 stars because the hose didn’t work for me.The main issue was the brush. It worked well but you should choose your shape before you mess with it. You can bend it once, maybe twice, but after that the bristles fall out if you bend it again. You can see in the picture how the bristles are held in place. I will say that it held its shape well but the inability to reshape dropped another star.

I can’t believe how much lint I was missing! I used the Holikme Dryer Vent Cleaner Kit on my dryer, and the amount of debris it pulled out was astonishing. The vacuum attachment connected easily to my vacuum hose, and the flexible brush allowed me to reach deep into the vent. My dryer runs more efficiently now, and I feel much safer knowing it’s properly cleaned. Highly recommend this affordable and effective tool!

Just cleaned out years of lint buildup in minutes. My lint trap wasn’t sitting all the way down, and when I shone a flashlight into the depth it was mountains of rock hard lint. I tried the crevice attachment from my vacuum but it didn’t reach, so I ordered this kit. This was absolutely perfect. And the scrub brush part knocked everything loose and it is literally shiny in there now. I’m amazed.

I had a repair person out to deal with a lint build up in our defective Samsung Dryer that they just cleaned and didn’t repair under warranty (yep I’m bitter). So instead of buying a new dryer I gave this cleaner attachment a try. The good news is it works and once again a bunch of lint came out. That said I’m not sure if I’m getting everything and wish the end had a little flexibility to get into turbine a little better. Regardless, very pleased for now.
