I’m not one to typically take the time to write a review on here; so trust me, it took a lot to get me to do this.This was my second attempt with the Belkin wireless chargers. First I tried the singular charger and thought maybe it was just an individual problem with the unit I purchased not being able to charge phone. So I returned it and even paid to upgrade to the double charger since it had better reviews. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, I’m a friggin idiot. For the last month I have been trying to understand if maybe I was just doing something wrong with alignment of phone to charge it or maybe using the otter box case (which apple sold me with phone) was interfering with charge?But nothing I tried from anyones tutorials made the unit work. I have left phone on charger for two days straight, only to find it added 10% more power. Whereas if I use a plug in charger, I get 75% charged in less then 20 minutes.Unfortunately I missed the return date by a couple days, or would have sent this back too. So I can’t endorse any of these belkin chargers.My suggestion, stick to the apple created charging options so that at least if you have problems with it; you can still always get support from apple (either in a store or online). I can’t believe I am telling people to only pay for Apple products; but since they make so much of their own proprietary hardware and supporting software for their devices, at least you have a little more security on getting peripherals. Definitely will get more than 30 days to get help; unlike if you purchase a third party peripheral on Amazon.Good luck to everyone.

I love the charging base. There are two things you may want to know. I have a iPhone 13 and a Note. The Note charges perfect but the iPhone 13 does not charge with an otterbox as a case. I had to purchase the ultra thin otterbox with hopes it will charge. Otherwise it works perfect!! Just make sure you look at the lights to see that it's charging before you fall asleep or walk off and leave it.Edit: the ultra slim otterbox case works on the charger for the iPhone!!!

Excellent charger! I've experienced NONE of the issues that other reviewers have with the charging pads being finicky about the position of devices being placed on them. I have a Google Pixel and a pair of cheap, Qi-enabled Bluetooth earbuds and everything works perfectly.

It charges the phones but it has an annoying sound.

I have two iPhones, as soon as I placed phones on the chargers I knew it would not work. I have a 13 and 16E, the charging LED would start at white and turn yellow. I tried swapping phones, and same results. I returned it. It’s either poorly designed or it’s defective. On the flip side I bought a dual phone charger from Swanscout and it charged immediately with no problems. Save your time and money and buy the Swanscout 504 dual phone charger, it’s superior

Charges two phones at once tirelessly. Love this charger.
