Excellent, I updated to latest drivers on Lenevo site - didn't take long
Excellent for what I need it for. Consider going to Lenovo site and updating all drivers if a small think like the touchpad not recognising movement by '2 fingers' does not work. Nicely refurbished, my keyboard etc look like new.

Good but has it's problems
The service was good however there were somedifficulties with the laptop ,trying to reduce thebrightness was one [still not done it ] and the cardreading slot simply doesn't work, which is veryannoying.

Machine Crashes and No Support
The machine crashes regularly. Either with flickering lines across the screen or the screen just freezes. Customer support is so far Impossible. Amazon sends you to Lenovo for support but they refuse to provide any as the machine is out of warranty. Amazon's chat support option does not work well on an android phone as no keyboard appears. Stuck with a laptop that doesn't work with no support..

lenavo laptop.
got a lenovo 16gb ram laptop with win11. got this 16gb ram lenovo with win10 removed the ssd and fitted a hdd to see if it would run. works fine might fit a 1tb hdd. hee hee

Not win 11
Device is good. However Rufus told me I could upgrade to windows 11. This is not true as the CPU is not supported. I feel cheated. Do not allow this to happen again
