Not as description.
I bought this item as the description said there was a spring damper in this three-piece towbar. After unpacking the tow bar i noticed there was not a spring in sight! The pins that hold the three sections of the bar together look a bit flimsy and are a very loose fit. To sum up, I'm more than a little disappointed with this item.
