Great product. Remember to save key that comes with it or you will be yelling at it for awhile. We simple up a piece of Velcro on key and the top of the dispenser so it is easy for anyone to change it out. This dispenser it tougher than it looks. Don't worry if it is hard to get the TCell Air Freshener in at first it is designed to be very snug. We love it for home and office.

I had to go on Kimberly Clark's website under the Professional tab and then the Scott tab to find the instructions. On the air freshener cartridge, there is a ring to remove. This will allow the cartridge to be compressed when placed in the dispenser and you close the lid. If you do not remove this ring, it will not fit.I put one dispenser in my basement and it works great there. The fragrance is not too strong.

This is the poorest design for a dispenser I have ever experienced.Don't believe this description for a minute - here's what they say:'The dispenser is easy to install, with no moving parts that can break. And, each easy-to-load cartridge....'This must have been written sarcastically - it is not 'easy to install' - it's annoyingly complicated and requires quite a bit of force to push the plastic bracket down into the cartridge. PLUS there is a required metal key needed to 'unlock' the front so it swings up. WHY?? Why can't it just click in and out? And about the 'no moving parts that can break' -- remember how I said it takes a lot of force to push down on the cartridge to get the dispenser to close over it? I bought two of these dispensers and for the 2nd one the hinges on the top broke when installing the first cartridge.That was after I had already figured out HOW to install these by searching on-line as other reviewers mentioned - there are NO instructions.And the second dispenser I received didn't even come with the metal key needed to 'unlock' it -- that would have been even better to receive that one first with no way to 'unlock' it.Bottom line - DON'T buy this -- the refills are expensive and the dispenser is a bad joke.

looks nice but is very hard to get open to replace. and the air freshner you buy to go in them looses its scent fast.i cant even smell it when i go into the bathroom

The Kimberly, Clark, automatic air freshener isn’t really automatic in my opinion. It looks like more of a manual device.I ddnt really find any directions online on how to set it up, but essentially don’t be afraid to use a little force to open the device and then insert the air freshener inside. Once you’re done, you can use a Velcro command strips to hang up anywhere in your home/apartment.(I bought two to put one in our living room and bathroom)

My Studio Apartment has been smelly musty here of late and I believe I needed an air freshener to help with the Apartment of being musty.

The product arrived quickly. The smell is wonderful. Unfortunately, it doesn't work as I expected. The smell is very faint. There is only a tiny amount of the liquid in the container. I'm really disappointed 😔
