Works great! Air pump provides for tight fit allowing the cold to have better contact and better coverage.

Works but I wish it was bigger. It barely fits around my knee. And is too tight to move around. Definitely won’t be able to use after knee surgery as won’t fit at all then. Was really hoping this would help after surgery. I don’t know why the can’t make some to fit for larger knees or bulky dressings. I think they are missing a large market due to this failure.

I love this compression and cooling wrap! Outside the gray fabric and blue neoprene trim are both soft and slightly stretchy. The Velcro tabs don’t feel very grabby to the touch, but they are extremely grabby and hold very well. Inside, there are 3 pockets for ice packs, and they are each slightly stretchy so it isn’t too hard to insert and remove the ice packs. I was slightly worried about the overall length of the sleeve, since the specs say that it will fit a knee up to 21” and mine are 22” due to lymphedema and swelling. But my worry was unnecessary as the straps are stretchy and the sleeve wraps comfortably around my knee. I also still have plenty of room to inflate the sleeve, and that compression really helps relieve pain.I have had knee problems for 20 years and I purchased this compression wrap in preparation for my upcoming knee replacement surgery. This is the best item I have found to help with knee pain! The combination of ice and compression is amazing and really helps relieve my pain.

I'm very happy with this purchase! It is easy to use, the packs are flexible and being able to pump it up for a snug fit is key. I'm so glad I didn't buy an expensive "ice machine" because this is effective and affordable!A tip: I put the brace with ice packs already inserted into a plastic bag and then freeze. When you're ready to use again it's ready for instant use! ;)You're welcome! :)

Would be 5 stars, but the Velcro started wearing out after 1 months of regular use. Otherwise, I love the compression and functionality.

this compression for the knee wrap is life saver for me you place the three ice packs once cold in the wrap and wrap around your knee the pump to your meeting. This help me a lot after knee surgery I had meniscus tear was out. I do recommend this ice wrap.
