I have ordered this item a few times already and it is always consistent. It keeps irritated eyelids clean. Reason for the four stars is the price; it is a bit on the pricier side for the amount of product that you get. All is all, it is a good product and I would order again.

Had eye trouble and saw recommendation on social media video. Purchased and worked well. Went to eye doctor and received another recommendation to purchase...already had it. No irritation and helped ease eye issue.

I purchased this to use to clean my incisions on my eyelids following a blepharoplasty (upper eyelid surgery). I was starting to show some signs of irritation/slight infection (I believe from the sutures) and began using this about a week post op. It did not burn at all. It did seem to make a big difference in cleansing my incisions . I was very pleased with this product.

About once a week, I use this product on a cotton round to keep my eyes healthy. Just spray some on a cotton round and gently wipe your eyelids. Great stuff and it's gentle as well.
