Charges my 5 Amp 80V Green Works Batteries Faster.
It works well. Faster Charging so less down time. My batteries seem to like it. It seems to like my batteries. Good value when I bought it on sale.

Yep its new. Its Greenworks. This one hopefully wont get sprayed by a cat.
The original charger was at a family members home (NOT my home!) and they have a cat from Hades. It decided the charger was another cat so it sprayed the charger, and shorted it out. This one was purchased as a replacement. It works exactly as the original one did.

Greenworks 80 volt battery charger..
Excellent Charger, only takes about an hour to fully charge my 80 volt, 4Ah batteries…

Works Well But Reliability Is Shaky
I have purchased many 80v Greenworks products (e.g., lawn mower, leaf blower) and have been very satisfied with the products themselves. However, I have had issues with the batteries and battery chargers failing.On the plus side, when the failures have occurred within the warranty period (even with refurbished units), Greenwood has promptly sent me replacements (that may be an advantage of purchasing directly from Greenworks). The one charger I ordered through Amazon and paid for was to replace one that was not covered under the warranty for some reason that I no longer remember.With the thought that the charger failures may have been made more likely because I used to leave them powered on all the time, I now turn the power off when they are not in use.

Reliable charger
Others are not as good. Just don’t leave a battery on the charger ifYou see the red X when going toRecharge a battery.., you lose theCharger AND the battery…I lostA “Extended Run” battery whichOnly comes with a new mower.

Charger failed with first charge.
I plugged in the charger and mounted the battery. The indicator light flashed red so I removed the battery. The indicator light on the charger continued to blink red without the battery in place so I unplugged it. I plugged back into the wall outlet after the red light stopped blinking. Now the charger won’t do anything. Very disappointed with Green Works products. I regret the purchase.
