I am taking medication for weight loss. And they have an effect of causing constipation. I have to take laxative to go. So, I tried this tasteless pill to support my gut. Initially it did not work. I changed timings. For me taking my pill on empty stomach early in the morning and not taking and thing afterwards did the magic. I don't need a laxative, my gut health has improved and it is not interfering with my weight loss treatment. It's a win win combination. My suggestion is try different timing and options before giving up, if you are not seeing initial results. This is a good quality product. Good luck!

so far, so good! It’s very important for me to take a probiotic with my food. This is a one day probiotic that could be taken with or without food. I usually take it with food in the morning and I have not experienced any stomach aches at all. The quality is on point! There is absolutely no taste, or after taste! Bonus!
