I am so pleased with these I have vitamin deficiency of k, D and calcium and have for many years I have tried so many other brands with high claims with little to no results on blood test of showing any absorption of them, I always take Magnesium and Calcium with any regardless and have also with these I must say for the first time I am so happy that I found these for the first time in many years have I had my blood drawn and am getting exceptional ranges of K and D finally showing up on my blood work just being on them for 2 days and tested 7 hours after taking them on day 2 this has never happened blood tests typically aim for vitamin D levels between 30 and 50 ng/mL (75 to 125 nmol/L) and vitamin K levels between 0.2 and 1.0 ng/mL and im right in the middle of these ranges on just day 2 of taking them I did not feel a difference right away and wanted to take a bit before leaving a review 2 weeks later Im still in the middle range on blood work for D and K levels but also seems like the calcium levels are holding also using these and I have been taking the same calcium and magnesium for a year now and for some reason using these K and D my calcium levels are even holding better oddly not sure if its due to this K and D or not But calcium levels should read between 8.5 and 10.5 milligrams per deciliter (mg/dL) and mine are reading at a 9.2 for the first time in 3 years so pleased with the result

I started taking a vitamin D supplement per my doctor after some bloodwork showed I was in the lower range of normal. Having had bloodwork done before and after taking these I feel confident in saying that this product actually works.

The only thing I dislike is the shipping cost and the time it takes to arrive. Otherwise a great product!
