Great for business use, lots of ports and compact to pack
I used this in my job and travelled a great deal. Has all the ports I need (Presentations, USB for external keyboards and connects). Compact to pack in my laptop bag, has been very reliable.

Works with Dell 7220 just fine!
Dell 7220 Rugged Tablet is a superb machine. Tiny niggle with this machine I've found in the recent past is that it doesn't always like non-Dell hubs attached at boot time, it can hang. Though BIOS updates that come through time to time may be helping resolve this little niggle.Great to hear then, that the Dell 7220 gets along just fine with this StarTech hub with power delivery. I had my machine hooked up to this StarTech hub, and an Apple USB-C power supply providing power to the hub. I attached a UGREEN USB hub with card reader with a logitech wireless mouse transmitter plugged into one of its USB sockets, at boot time and it all worked fine.Good looking light compact little hub. Not yet tested its Ethernet port or HDMI but these are welcome facilities which I will try at some point.Startech also do a similar model with a card reader but the power delivery is less on that one, where as this model here can deliver up to 100W which supports a wider range of laptop and tablet power charging requirements. It's a great little light compact hub for power delivery with a separate adapter power supply not included, rather than lugging around the larger and heavier but also very capable Dell WD19 range.

Great network adaptor
Loaded in the driver and the network worked a treat. Have only tried the USB with a flash drive, also works a treat. Have not tried the other adaptoes!

Ergonomically poor design
Crazy short lead. Does not sit well with a laptop on a riser stand.Ideally, for me, the HDMI socket would be on the rear, facing away from me, and the sockets for USB and SD devices on the front, facing me. The combination of the big HDMI plug , thick HDMI cable and the short tethered USB C cable means I can't position it where the USB A sockets are accessible.I bought this because I trust the StarTech brand, and am fed up of cheap devices that drop the USB connection to memory sticks etc. But rather disappointed at the design and configuration of this one.
