A good supplement to help dry eyes
I have been taking this for about a year. Sometimes I buy the singles, sometimes 2 in a pack. I take it first thing every morning with coffee. It has really helped with dry eyes n I have recommended to others. Take as instructed and stick to it for results. Based on research, I read that it can lower blood sugar, so if you are diabetic on insulin use with caution. Don't want sugar levels dropping too low. A good supplement for dry eyes!!

Using 1 in morning and 1 at night, My eyes will just water randomly now when they're dry and I didn't know they were supposed to do that.

This product increased tear production in 3 weeks.
Took a shot on this product after years of trying everything. Doctors who put plugs in my tear ducts. Prescription drops of every kind. OTC drops & gels. steroids. Nothing worked.This is not an overnight remedy. After about 3 weeks I noticed that I needed less drops. And now I hardly need them at all. My eyes make tears. What a victory for me who had severe dry eye.

Improved tear production
After taking for about 30 days tear production improved from almost none and extremely dry eyes (drops hardly helped) to fair tear production. My eyes no longer feel gritty all day long. I have ordered more and will continue to to take for the noticeable improvement.
