I have used this at 3 instances in my life to help me with diet management and weightloss motivation. Works very effectively. But you have to use these as a supplement to diet control and regular exercise. It helps you lose 1.5 times the pounds you would have lost without the pills.

I only use one once a day and it works fine, I see I don’t gain weight on my regular diet which is small meals a day. I only use it to loose a few pounds. Do not upset my stomach
