Even my Italian friends think I’m fancy when I serve this with pasta!

It's a small can, & pricey, but it's a very delicious special treat. I tossed it with pasta & topped it with truffle carpaccio slices & a sprinkle of truffle salt to make it extra decadent!

Add to mashed potatoes, use as a steak topping, makes vegis taste great too!

I cannot return or ask for refund. Received my order and looks like this. Rims are rusted and dented cans. Unbelievable.

Kind of pricey, since you really need two cans per pounds of pasta (or maybe a little less than a pound), but so delicious that it's worth it.

Great to use when white truffles are not in season or not available in your neighborhood.

Very strange Cream Texture and Taste. I can only describe the texture as a strange white gel. Being Italian (from Italy), Ihave has Truffles/Cream plenty of times, this is not it. I love Black Truffles, but am definitely Not a fan of this new type that I purchased by mistake (thinking it was the original Black Truffles and Mushrooms which is fantastic.)

I add a full can of this stuff to 3/4 cup of cream. Once I sauté onions and garlic in butter, I add the cream mixture and some pecorino Romano cheese. Add that to pasta and you have a very exotic, special and tasty dish.
