Q: Do these bamboo cases and blankets actually keep you cool? Been waking up all sweaty lately

Pillow cases are cool to the torch when you first put your head down. It lasts about 30 seconds. If you flip your pillow at night the coolness gives a brief moment of relief. I don't have the sheets so can't comment on them. The cases wrinkle beyond belief though and are extremely thin fabric. The "envelope" opening style doesn't stay on the pillows I have (My Pillow brand).

Q: Laundry instructions?

It is on the attached label. I was mine in warm or cool water, never hot. Then I hang them to dry. I also iron them if I have time and they are so soft and wonderful.

It will only fit a standard pillow.
