I can’t believe this cost me just over £20 - it’s amazing! I’m training for a half so just starting to go on much longer runs than I’m used to, this suits my needs perfectly. I haven’t bought bottles or a hydration pack yet as I wanted to see the vest and get a feel for it. Since hydration packs are notoriously difficult to clean I’ll likely get some bottles first.I’m a size 6 on top and can tighten it enough to make it snug. My partner tried it on and it could be adjusted to fit him perfectly, too. The phone pocket easily fits my iPhone SE, but also my partners much larger model. Loads of space for fuelling goodies, keys, emergency money etc. It even has a little whistle!This vest is perfect for anyone heading outdoors and needing to carry a few supplies, and it’s so much cheaper than the better known brands. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

The backpack is exactly what we want on long runs. It does not come with the hydration pouch but will take any separate one.It has all the separate pockets you would need yet still feels light and we'll balanced.

Tried to leave pictures but amazon rejected it for some reason. It is good for carrying a bottle of water and a jacket but left me with very painful burns on the shoulder after a long run. Not sure whether ot was mu skin reacting or not but may be worth seeing if you could try before you by or looking elsewhere

Great budget pack. Recently upgraded to a Salomon pack and the difference is worth the extra money!To get this pack secure you have to tighten the side straps and in my experience to get it secure you restrict your lungs.
